🧲 Acquisition Campaign Manager

$8,500 – $12,000/month + Bonus

We’re looking for a skilled Campaign Manager to drive player acquisition through affiliate partnerships or paid media.
Your role will be to maximize qualified traffic, optimize ROI, and scale fast-performing sources.

Whether your focus is affiliates or traffic buying, you’ll play a key role in the company’s growth engine.

📌 Your Scope

Affiliate Focus

  • Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with streamers, influencers, and content publishers
  • Monitor traffic value, detect fraud, and negotiate performance-based deals
  • Analyze KPIs: FTDs, ROI, LTV, retention, and optimize accordingly

Media Buyer Focus

  • Launch, test, and scale ad campaigns on Push, Native, Social, Search, and Video platforms
  • Control acquisition budgets across GEOs and formats
  • A/B test creatives, funnels, and landing pages
  • Track campaign performance: CPA, CTR, CR, ROI, and player quality

🧠 Your Background

  • 3+ years in Affiliate Management or Paid Media
  • Strong grasp of traffic monetization and acquisition strategy
  • Experience in iGaming, Crypto, Finance, or Nutra preferred
  • Fluent in performance metrics and fraud signals
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus
