As our Growth Marketing Lead, youโ€™ll craft and execute advanced acquisition strategies across paid media, affiliates, SEO, and influencer channels to bring in high-value users with precision and scale.

This role is for strategic operators who combine performance data, creative thinking, and aggressive testing.

๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do

๐Ÿ“ˆ Architect and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
๐Ÿ’ฐ Optimize 6- and 7-figure budgets to drive max ROI (LTV/CAC mastery expected)
๐ŸŽฏ Manage, coach, and scale a high-output remote team (affiliates, buyers, SEOs)
๐Ÿ“Š Develop and maintain dashboards to track traffic quality, KPIs, and partner value
๐Ÿ” Spot and mitigate fraud, bad traffic, and compliance risks
๐Ÿงฉ Align acquisition strategy with product, retention, compliance, and payment teams
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Negotiate and close deals with elite partners and influencers
๐Ÿ† Report weekly directly to the CEO with performance, forecasts, and bottlenecks

๐Ÿง  What You Bring

  • 6+ years in user acquisition or growth marketing
  • iGaming, Crypto, or Fintech experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of media buying, affiliates, SEO, and influencer strategy
  • Confident running global campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, native, push, pop, etc.
  • Strong grasp of analytics and attribution (Google Analytics, Voluum, AppsFlyer, etc.)
  • Leadership skills + remote team management experience
  • Fluent in English. Bonus if multilingual
  • You move fast, test often, and scale what works
