⚖️ Ensure full legal compliance across regions
📈 Report directly to founders & C-level
🤝 Coordinate with VIP, Risk, Support & Finance
🔥 Handle complex cases with confidence

You Bring

✔️ Senior-level experience in payments/compliance
✔️ iGaming or fintech background (a must)
✔️ Mastery of crypto, fraud, and regulatory standards
✔️ Leadership and autonomy in remote setups
✔️ Perfect English. Other languages? Bonus!
✔️ Cool head, sharp mind, zero drama
