🧩 What You’ll Do
- Chat with players to resolve issues around payments, bonuses, and account access
- Provide quick and accurate information in a friendly tone
- Escalate serious issues to internal teams when needed
- Coordinate with VIP, Risk, and Tech departments
- Log bugs and feedback to help improve the platform
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in Customer Support (iGaming is a strong plus)
- Excellent writing skills in English (other languages are welcome)
- Friendly, calm, and solution-oriented
- Quick learner, able to multitask in a remote environment
- Reliable and self-disciplined
💸 You’ll be paid between $3,800 and $4,500 per month — depending on your experience and shift preference.
